This document ratifies Sub-Rosa Solutions commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, as we continue to grow, it is essential that we remain mindful of the impact our operations have on the environment and the communities around us. - Applying three R’s: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle: Consider how we can apply this to every aspect of our business, from office supplies to packaging and operations. What can be reduced, reused, or recycled? This will probably not only make us more eco-friendly but also help our bottom line too!
- Reducing our Carbon Footprint: As we continue to grow as a company, we will be looking to measure our carbon footprint. We will be optimizing energy use in our facilities, investing in renewable energy, and promoting more sustainable practices across our supply chain. This includes working with partners that are actively focused on their own sustainability practices and use eco-friendly methods and business practices.
- Sustainable Products and Services: We are committed to integrating sustainability into our product development and service offerings. This means using eco-friendly materials, reducing waste, and ensuring our products have a positive impact on the environment.
- Community Engagement: We believe in giving back to the communities where we operate. This year, we are increasing our support for local initiatives, volunteering efforts, and charitable contributions. We encourage everyone to get involved and make a difference.
- Ethical Practices: We hold ourselves to the highest standards of ethical conduct. This includes fair labor practices, respect for human rights, and ensuring that our suppliers share our commitment to these values.

Achieve Zero Waste in Office Operations by 2026:
Goal: Implement comprehensive recycling, composting, and waste reduction programs within our workspaces to ensure that no waste from office operations is sent to landfills by 2026.
Impact: This will significantly reduce the environmental impact of our company, promoting a culture of sustainability and responsible resource management.
Reduce Energy Consumption by 25% within Two Years:
Goal: Invest in energy-efficient technologies, optimize office space, and encourage remote work to reduce overall energy consumption by 25% over the next two years.
Impact: This will lower the our carbon footprint, decrease operational costs, and contribute to global efforts to mitigate climate change.
